How do I access Errata updates?
Errata updates are located on the Instructor Resources page. No PIN is required to access errata updates. Instructors and students alike have access to this page to receive updates.
I don‘t know who my National Account Directors is. How can I get the person’s contact information?
Email us at [email protected] to find out who your National Account Director is and their contact information.
How do I receive the state submittal materials for online courses?

How do I know when products expire or new products are released?

Is my credit card transaction/sale secure on your bookstore?

Does Dearborn offer online real estate courses?
Yes, REcampus is our exclusive online learning platform that makes it easy for any school to expand into real estate distance education. Through REcampus, your school can create a customized, branded site where students can register and take real estate online courses, from licensing and exam prep to continuing education.
How do I update my REcampus site content, logo, or color scheme?
Many areas of your REcampus portal can be customized to meet your school’s needs. Simply contact your Client Success Manager at 800.958.6707 or by email at [email protected] to make these changes.
How do I add or remove available courses on my REcampus site?
Adding and removing courses from your REcampus site can be done by contacting your Client Success Manager at 800.958.6707 or by email at [email protected].
How do I create/edit my REcampus administrator account?
Administrator accounts can only be created by contacting your Client Success Manager at [email protected]. Once created, account details can be edited under the myAccount tab in the left navigation (when logged in).
How do I recover my REcampus username and password information?
On your REcampus login screen, click the Forgot username/password link and follow the directions provided.
I am a school administrator and need help with my REcampus site (e.g., managing the users, enrolling a student, adding portal resources, generating reports on my REcampus site).

What are the technology requirements for the virtual proctored exams?
Virtual Classroom Exam Proctoring Technical Specifications (Download Specifications PDF):
Students must have access to the internet (broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE)) a webcam, and a microphone. Exam proctoring must take place on a laptop or desktop computer.

- Many computers are equipped with a webcam and microphone. If yours is not, you will need to acquire these items before your scheduled proctored exam. Students are not permitted to use mobile devices for their virtually proctored exam.
