New Law Creates Ohio Pre-Licensing Opportunities

Schools will be able to apply for a license that will allow you to offer an Ohio real estate pre-licensing program even if you are not a 4-year degree Higher Education institution. This is a major change in Ohio law, now signed by Governor Mike DeWine.
