Return Policy: Physical Textbooks and Book Sets
Refunds are not offered for returns unless Dearborn determines at its sole discretion that the product is resalable. A resalable product is defined as free of stickers, labels, markings, stains/dirt/scuff marks, yellowed book pages, ripped pages/cover, bent corners, and other damage. Please take care to ensure all returns are properly packaged prior to shipping. Dearborn is not responsible for any damage that may occur to returned merchandise during shipment back to our warehouse.
Dearborn will not refund or ship back any product that does not comply with our return policy. For example, this includes products returned without a Return Authorization # in your return shipment, products that are not resalable, or products that are damaged during the return shipping.

Returned books shipped must include the Return Authorization # and a copy of the Original Invoice.
Full refund for the first 30 days after date of purchase
Returns made 31 to 90 days after date of purchase will be refunded at 50% of the original purchase price.
Returns will not be accepted after 90 days from original date of purchase.

Returned books shipped must include the Return Authorization # and a copy of the Original Invoice.
For a full refund, items must be returned within 6 months from the date of purchase.
Returns will not be accepted after 6 months from original date of purchase.

Purchase of Books with Custom Covers
Clients who purchase Dearborn books with custom covers (e.g., special artwork, school logo, and/or unique ISBN) are not refundable because they cannot be resold, unless the purchase agreement expressly includes provisions for returns. Please contact your Sales Representative directly to determine your return terms.
Student Book Purchases from the Dearborn.com Bookstore
Returned books shipped must include the Return Authorization # and a copy of the Original Invoice.
