Return Policy: Physical Textbooks and Book Sets

• Full refund for the first 30 days after date of purchase

• Returns made 31 to 90 days after date of purchase will be refunded at 50% of the original purchase price.

• Returns will not be accepted after 90 days from original date of purchase.

• Contact Customer Support to obtain a Return Authorization # prior to shipping your return.

• Returned books shipped must include the Return Authorization # and a copy of the Original Invoice.

• Materials must be returned in like-new, resalable condition for a refund to be issued.

• For a full refund, items must be returned within 6 months from the date of purchase.

• Returns will not be accepted after 6 months from original date of purchase.

Products not in resalable condition are not eligible for a refund. Dearborn is not responsible for damage incurred on returns during transit. Resalable product is defined as free of stickers, labels, markings, stains/dirt/scuff marks, yellowed book pages, ripped pages/cover, bent corners and other damage.

Dearborn will not ship back or return any product returned in error. For example, if a product is returned without an RA# in your return shipment, or a product that is not resalable, the product will not be returned back to you. The same applies for books received that were damaged during return shipping.

Return Policy: eBooks

• 30 Days to return if the eBook Code is NOT redeemed

• 7 days to return if the eBook Code IS redeemed (customer will be assessed a 5% Administrative Fee)
